I'm a small guy, and I like my clothes to be trim. This jacket fit the bill. Unfortunately the red lining bled all over my white shirt the first time I wore it. Very disappointed with that. The elbow patches also start near the armpits rather than further down the arm; when I rest my chin on my hand at my desk, the elbow patch completely misses my elbow. But my triceps are very well protected.It is a bit prickly and hard to touch, so if your son doesn't like it - don't buy. If they don't mind - nice stylish jacket.Runs small. He looked like a style icon wearing it too. We paired it both with red cords and jeans and it looked awesome both ways. Feels like it came from London's fashion district and my son felt like it wearing it too!
